Welcome to Meadow Forge Flower Farm! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website.

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use our website if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

Shipping

Dahlia Tubers: We currently only ship tubers to addresses within the contiguous United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Orders are shipped via USPS shipping when all danger of frost has passed in your area. Dahlia tubers are sensitive to freezing temperatures and we want to ensure they arrive in the best condition possible. Estimated timeframe for shipping dahlia tubers is early-mid April. At this time, we are unable to combine orders or shipping costs.

Other: We do not ship fresh flowers at this time. Shipping of any other products will be via USPS.

Sales Policy

All sales of dahlia tubers and classes/workshops/products are final. We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We are grateful for your support, and want you to be happy with your order. We guarantee that our tubers are true to variety and will arrive with at least one viable eye. Our tubers are stored in a quality controlled environment. Some eyes may be sprouted already, and some may need a little bit more time to wake up from dormancy. Upon receiving your order please open and inspect your tubers immediately and report any concerns via email to: hilary@meadowforge.co within 7 days and we will do our best to make it right. We are not liable for improper storage, weather, growing conditions, pest damage, plant performance, or negligence. 

Account Creation

Customers have the option to create an account on our website, but it is not required to make a purchase.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. Any personal information you provide to us will be used solely for the purpose of processing your order and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

Cart

An item placed in your cart does not mean that item is reserved. Your order is only confirmed once you checkout and receive an order confirmation number and email. Please be aware that if you are trying to purchase many different varieties of dahlias, some may sell out before you are able to checkout. We understand the frustration of missing out on a variety that you were hoping to purchase. We appreciate your understanding and compassion even through frustration. Ultimately, we are a small family business doing the best with the stock that we have.

Payment

Payment for orders is processed securely through Squarespace using Stripe. We do not store any payment information on our servers.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. By using this website, you agree to be bound by the current version of these terms and conditions.
