 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

01 | What if I can’t pick up my subscription this week?

Let me know by noon the day before, and we can reschedule that bouquet. Otherwise, have a friend pick up your arrangement to enjoy! If the arrangement is not picked up by 6pm, the arrangement will be donated to a local business or person in need of a smile.


02 | When will my subscription start?

Typically, subscriptions will begin mid-July, but we will send an email about 7-10 days prior to confirm when subscriptions will begin.


03 | Will my subscription or U-pick vase fit in a vehicle cupholder?

Unfortunately, the vases do not fit in the standard cupholder. We recommend either bringing a bucket/ice cream pail with packing material and transporting the vase that way. Otherwise strapping the vase and flowers in with a seatbelt in locked position works great too.


 04 | How should I care for my flowers?

We recommend fresh water daily, clean vase, keep out of direct sunlight/heat, and trim the stems every couple of days.


05 | Do you recycle vases?

YES! We love to recycle vases as much as possible. If you have any you would like to drop off, please arrange a time with us, drop off at a U-Pick, or drop off when you pick up your subscription bouquet! We greatly appreciate it.
