01 | SUBSCRIPTIONS

Subscriptions are the perfect option for those looking to get their weekly or bi-weekly flower fix. Also makes a great gift for a loved one! Pickup is in Lakefield at the farm, at your convenience, on a set pickup day each week. We offer either a 4 week or 8 week subscription package beginning mid-July and ending early September.

02 | U-PICK

Time spent with nature is never wasted. Come to the farm and pick a bouquet that is totally and uniquely you! We supply the vase, snips, and workspace while you pick the arrangement of your dreams. This experience is a favorite among individuals looking for some alone time with nature, friends looking to have some fun, couples on a date night, and families looking to spend quality time together.

Our U-Pick weekends are during the months of July, August, and September from 8am-8pm.

Cash, Venmo, Paypal payment accepted at the farm, day of the event.

04 | Custom Arrangement

At Meadow Forge, we believe in celebrating life’s most special and delicate moments with a gift that any recipient will love and cherish. Our flowers are something that brings life to a room and won’t end up forgotten on a shelf or donated to the local thrift store.

To begin the process of a custom arrangement, please reach out to us on social media, email, or phone call. We are happy to work with you to create the most special and personalized arrangement for the individual and the event, using our classic mason jar vase or a vase supplied by the customer.

Please note, we do ask for a minimum of 2 days advance notice for 1-2 arrangements and 2 weeks for anything more.

Delivery available for additional fee, upon request.
