By purchasing this Meadow Forge subscription, you will receive an arrangement bi-weekly with the freshest and most current seasonal flowers that are sure to bring life into your home and joy to your heart. Each bouquet is made up of approximately 18-24 stems, depending on the type and kind of flowers available.
As a thank you for being a subscription holder, included with your purchase will be a voucher for one FREE U-Pick Bouquet ($30 value), to be redeemed at one of our Self-Serve U-Pick events!
Please note: Subscription bouquets are for pickup only at the farm in rural Lakefield, MN between the hours of 9am & 6pm on your specified pickup day. Pickup options are either Tuesday or Thursday, and must be chosen at time of checkout.
Can’t pick up on one of your subscription days? Let me know by noon the day before, and we can reschedule that bouquet. Otherwise, have a friend pick up your arrangement to enjoy! If the arrangement is not picked up by 6pm, the arrangement will be donated to a local business or person in need of a smile the following day.
